Fabricated

Bed

The base/bed is fabricated
with outer wall thicknesses of
16-20mm steel sheets; the rigidity
of the base only allows 170m/min
rapid traverse with 1.5G
acceleration with a high position
accuracy.

Pallet Changer

The automatic pallet changer takes less than 15 secs for the table to change. This is achieved by an accurate VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) which allows a smooth transition from high speeds at the beginning to a low speed at the end of the pallet change cycle.

Automatic focal position for varying sheet thicknesses are programmed through the PLC and this AUTO laser head is a standard in all our cutting machines.
